Response Analytic test and bugfixes in ResponseAnalytic (#1959)

* make list functions public to test them

* write describes for all methods, write dummy class to test module, write what needed to be defined to test, and write the tests for word count list

* make sores accessibility scope greater and pass [] instead of nil for no answer spec

* write spec for character count list

* add spec test for question score list

* add test for comment text lsit

* rename function and fix syntax

* add tests for total, average, max, and min character cpunt

* add checks to prevent divide by zero error

* add word count metric tests for min, max, total, and average

* fix max test number

* add tests for question scores and num questions
