Commit Message

Rebuild gridpp outside the chroot env to enable coveralls

* pbuilder-dist builds gridpp in /tmp/buildd/ and removes the build
  before coveralls can run
* Add a call to debuild-pbuilder to rebuild gridpp in /home/travis so
  that coverage statistics can be sent
