* First attempt at fixing parsing of integers with leading 0s

* Fix validate_int_string to remove leading + and 0s

* Fix issue with +-012 in validate_int_string

* Fix issue with the empty string in validate_int_string

* Add two more invalid int literal strings to test

* Simplify, and add comment regarding 0 input to validate_int_string

* Fix issue with +/- 0

* More fun with regexps

* Tests of fun with regexps

* Updated gold file

* Simplify regexp fun, and provide explanation of algorithm in the comments

* Since we're doing regexps, we might as well go all in :-)
