Various fixes to the rt test server / client * The most pertinent being the change to ask the spawned Parsoid API not to load its own process manager. (ie. -n 0) What was happening was that if the port was already in use, the worker would throw and then be respawned without the chance for the port to be changed. And around and around we go.
