Take 'application_id' as construct parameter for VSGI.Server

Every application should be identified as it facilitate many operations:

 - DBus registration
 - monitoring through DBus
 - worker discovery
 - access to GSettings and other services

Update examples and assign them an application identifier beginning with
'org.valum.example.'.

Document the parameter and update code examples.
