reset validation graph after gs based skipping

validation after graph search assumes missing transactions to be invalid
however, this assumption must be reverted to unknownvalidity
before proceeding with the next validation. Since reverting a validity
back to unknown state is far to difficult to manage, so we just reset
the whole graph and pre-load it with the set of valid txids that were
present before the reset.
