feat(update-notifier): replace custom update notify

 * Replace custom update notifier with https://www.npmjs.com/package/update-notifier. It is more efficient because it runs the update check asynchronously and has convenient configuration options to customize the alerts.
 * Remove unused dependencies: "i" and "request"
