Fix patcher tester for CastXML

- Do not run the 32 bit tests, I do not really care. I do not even know if this is possible with CastXML/
If someone needs 32 bit support please ask on the issue tracker; I'll have a look
- Parse the cpp file when running the 64 bit test instead of reading an old xml file
The xml file was there as a workaround to be able to run tests on a 32 bit system
- Fix the expected output for multiple tests; CastXML is giving nice clean results (better than gccxml)
