Remove pytz as a dependency.

python and django are moving away from pytz - see PEP 615 and https://groups.google.com/g/django-developers/c/PtIyadoC-fI/m/SJG5JX4dCQAJ.
This means modern projects can use dirtyfields without installing pytz.
Also import django.utils.timezone as `django_timezone` so the name doesn't clash with `datetime.timezone`.
