Change full_text_search table structure

* mid column referencing to metadata.mid replaced property and lang
  The mid column has been introduced to assure right rows are
  deleted/updated during the full_text_search table synchronization.
  And once its there and a direct link to the metadata table exists,
  it does't make much sense to duplicate (unindexed) property and
  lang columns.
* Adjusted full_text_search table synchronization triggers,
  transaction handling code and tests (which now cover more FTS search
  scenarios.
