current task index and total task number in global states (#237)

* update change log for writing png files with corrdinate

* generate aligned bounding box tasks for generate-tasks operator

* fix building error

* fix building by adding some specific requirment

* add task number and current task index to global states, so we know when we have finished all the tasks in a task. this is used for the computation of global statistics, such as maximum segmentation id and label indices in DVID

* add change log
