[WIP] Request and Response filtering

'NextCallback' take possibly filtered Request and Response as arguments.

Add a 'next' argument to 'ApplicationCallback', which is also an
'ApplicationCallback'. This delegate can now be used to describe any
handling middlewares, but unlike what Valum provides, it does not handle
any form of error.
