Remove travis 'sudo: false' -- doesn't seem to work

Since adding this option, all travis builds error at the point they
try to install Archive::Zip ... maybe that does require the "sudo"
feature? Will need to investigate, but for now, I'm just going back
to the way it was on their "old" infrastructure
