Improve handling of Redis Connection in Sink

- Rethrow Jedis exceptions, as they indicate a problem with the Redis server (usually a connection error), which Flume needs to know about.
- Convert JedisExceptions to proper exception type.
- Connect to Redis as early as possible in order to detect connection issues right away.
- Disconnect the Jedis client upon an exception, so that it can reconnect automatically when it is invoked next time.

This closes #15
