Commit Message

Adding dynamo library

Large refactor which removes the interface to class generation and instead uses
tebru/dynamo to handle that piece.  This required reworking how the custom code was
generated.

- Removed doctrine annotations, twig, and symfony filesystem as dependencies.
- Fixed issue with query map (#26)
- Fixed issue with inheritance (#24)
