Adds better visual structure to cdi panel (#179)

* Adjust CollapsiblePanel:
- use standard background color instead of custom color
- use standard font, but make sure title is bold.
- Make minimum height 32 to avoid compressing the icon vertically.
- Move the content panel inwards significantly to create a tree structure.
- Removes pixel-insets that makes things misaligned on the screen.

* Make the Cdi Panel visually structured.
- Adds a strip between segments for separation
- Adds a strip before and after the sensor/turnout creation panel
- Removes pixel borders that hurt horizontal alignment
- Makes large text areas use non-bold font
