Neuron navigator: focus filter input by default in neuron list

This is quick fix to prevent the field from losing focus when updating.
While this this would be better fixed by not creating the whole table
from scratch when updating names, removing the surprising blur()
behavior after letters were typed, already fixes the problem well enough
for now.
