Commit Message

Add object_ids to Trace at various point in object lifecycle.

* A new Trace is created when a TriggerInstance is first introduced in the system or
  an ActionExecution is manually started.
* ActionTrigger ends up with the TraceContext derived from parent execution and this
  allows the chain of trace to remain connected across ActionTriggers.
* Rules are also added to a Trace.
