Fix potential problem in compute_broadening when using spectra with different wavelength sampling.

The two input spectra are linearly resampled using a constant wavelength increment, using for this purpose the minimum wavelength step present in any of the two input wavelength arrays. When the input wavelength sampling is constant and identical in both spectra, no resampling is performed.
