brems: Short-cut rbf interpolation argument

We artificially stacked and de-stacked the energies and z-levels for the
interpolation. Since they have the same shape (now), this is not needed,
and we can run the interpolation function with the arguments directly.

Reduces the automagic reshaping of `energy` to use `z` itself instead of
mimicking its calculation.
