Make iOS example app backwards-compatible with Xcode 6

The new Swift demos use Swift 2.0, which requires Xcode 7, and fail to compile using Xcode 6. The `Example-iOS` scheme has been restored to its original Objective-C only files, and the Swift files have been added to a new target that is named `Example-iOS-Xcode7`.
