Send user metadata with follow request
Changed the follower protobuf to include the user metadata object (including the
image hash but excluding the full image). So now when we query to get the followers
we will at minimum be able to populate all the fields except the image. If we
don't have the image in cache, and the user is not online, then the UI will just
need to display a default avatar for that follower.
