Saving pin values is not part of persistence / loading anymore. Needs to be done outside now, PinValuesDao added.
Renamed Router#getSubscribers(Pin) to Router#getLinkedPins(Pin) since it is not about subscribers only anymore
SQL Queries are now separated any not in bulk anymore for more flexibility and isolated testing
