finatra-http: Automatically add 'integrationTestModule' to integration/feature tests using @Bind

Problem

Integration and feature tests using @Bind had to manually add an integrationTestModule to the app/server under test.

Solution

The IntegrationTest and FeatureTest traits now automatically add the integrationTestModule.
