ci: add `make run-system-kernel` command

Boot based on fedora's default kernel and initramfs. At this time, it has not
been tested on other distributions. I got the following message, so I need to
set up e820 entries correctly.

[ 0.000000] BIOS-provided physical RAM map:
[ 0.000000] BIOS-88: [mem 0x0000000000000000-0x000000000009efff] usable
[ 0.000000] BIOS-88: [mem 0x0000000000100000-0x00000000002fa7ff] usable
[ 0.020431] Kernel panic - not syncing: initrd too large to handle,
disabling initrd (33769847 needed, 22421504 available)
