switch back to building with iced after accidentally using coffee

config now deep extends config_secret, and doesn't fail if not exist

couch_utils can now sync design docs even if symlinked into node_modules

moved doAction.getUser to utils.getActor

passed in from design doc

standardized more naming on camelCase
