chore(tests): use karma-sauce-launcher to get SauceLabs

This should finally make SauceLabs work. Local test worked (but isn’t
included in commit).

Set PhantomJS to the default browser, unless it’s running on Travis
then use a battery of Sauce Labs driven browsers (IE8-11, Chrome,
Safari for desktop, Safari for iPhone, Firefox, on default platforms
mostly).
Only run code coverage on the karma:coverage Grunt task, and only in
PhantomJS (even on Travis).

Karma config has the Travis specifics (only added on run-time) and the
Grunt config overrides Karma as needed (without caring about the
run-time environment).
