* apparently the package.json:types field is needed for places with nested package.json files, but only the exports field should be at the top level of the published package

* add tests for ensuring we follow Node ES Module rules correctly

Major tools besides Node follow the new ESM standards set by Node (f.e.
Webpack 5 follows the standards by default out of the box). This test
ensures solid-js is compatible with consumers that will import from
aliases, as well as with consumers that need to import from particular
files directly.

* make test-imports private:true instead of ignoring it in the lerna publish command

* moved test-imports into packages folder

* ensure to run tests in CI too, so pull requests are tested

* don't use top-level await so that test-imports works in older versions of Node like in CI

* update Travis CI to Node 14

* delete file from test-imports which was an artefact from a previous version of solid

* make sure all packages have a clean script so no artefacts are left behind
