Enabled a new way of registration of signer and authenticator classes.

Also cleaned up MobileID auth results:
* AuthenticateResult - renamed `digest` to `hash_value` to be consistent with SmartID, and also because `digest` is now considered an obsolete term;
* AuthenticateStatusResult - removed `signature`-related arguments.

Added tests for the new authentication flow.
