Improves initial loading

- The initial loading called many web services, now only one
- Seamless integration between main and recruiting sites (i.e. logo etc)
- The logo is now properly sized on the logon page
- The TextField and CheckField include a fix when loading from API's
- The Home route is secured now
- The initial setup check is more robust
- Setup docs now reference new database script
- Setting changes forced many component changes
