fixing border window coordinates - see issue #13 (#15)

* fixing border window coordinates

- added widget position offset to the border line instructions in qrcode_widget.kv.
- fixed also import order at the bottom of qrcode_widget.py for to pass isort checks (make test).

* resolve conflict (add missing empty line between `from kivy.app import runTouchApp` and `data = str(sys.argv[1:])`)
