Fix value deflation for create and update

Summary:

1. For array value, we use deflate method to deflate the value because
   the deflator defined in schema can deflate the value into JSON string
   or other formats.

2. Removed array() raw value support.

3. Use SQLBuilder\Raw if you really want the value to be raw.

4. When values are scalar, we use PDO to handle the deflation
