Add node-gyp to devDeps

 - This is helpful on windows where we need to upgrade node-gyp to understand
   recent msvs versions (2015) and we need node-gyp easy to be found when using
   a custom built node that does not get installed with npm
 - No harm for unix systems: will mean that the local node-gyp is found and used
   by node-pre-gyp which should be harmless
 - I've resisted doing this in the past to avoid the network overhead of the dependency
   but aws-sdk and documentation now take a lot of time to install so the impact is not
   going to be great by another dep like node-gyp (although many deps are duped with node-pre-gyp)
