Add new method to create, activate, and return constraints

This method is similar to the existing method
`+[autoCreateConstraintsWithoutInstalling:]`, but it includes an
additional call to install (activate) the created constraints.

Unit tests have been added for both of these batch constraint creation
APIs.

See #69 for more details on v3.0.0 changes.
