* Moved the e2t CLI into the CLI repo

* Moved the e2sub CLI into the CLI repo

* Rename component directories to leave off the onos- prefix

* Moved the config CLI into the CLI repo

* Updated go.mod deps

* Fix some linter errors

* Tidy up some dependencies

* Remove debugging change

* Moved the ran-simulator CLI into the CLI repo

* Moved the kpimon CLI into the CLI repo

* Disable old ransim commands

* Remove non-functional sim tests

* Remove config load command for now - it uses non-public APIs

* Remove ZTP references - these use non-public APIs

* Removed references to onos-topo non-public packages
