tomkaRevert "Neuroglancer tile source: make stack coordinates match NG display" This reverts commit 174a54dca. The way this was implemented was not correct: Remapping blocks works only if the voxel offset is an integer multiple of the block size. In order to make voxel coordinates in CATMAID match Neuroglancer, we would need to incorporate the voxel offset of each scale level.
