Moves routes into separate file, adds tasks pane

- Most routes were moved from App to separate file
- The separate file contains additional info per route
- The Tasks pane now shows modules/tasks info (localized)
- The Tasks pane is not laid out correctly yet
- An array utility class was created with tests
