Options: Distinguish between Pimple instances

Registering options can be done using multiple Pimple instances
(e.g. each plugin uses its own instance).
Currently we only register one options resolver
with the very first Pimple instance ignoring all the others,
which leads to missing option values / default.
We distinguish between the Pimple instances using an object hash
so we can register one options resolver for each resolver.
