feat: final update to Validation module (#390)

* refactor: remove validation listview

This only displayed matrices which have been removed from RAMSTK.

* refactor: standardize verification module view structures

* refactor: add panel widget for burndown curve

* chore: add pull request template

* refactor: add parent_id to argument list

parent_id is not needed for the validation module, but this makes the
_do_insert_validation() method consistent with other _do_insert_{0}
methods that DO require the parent_id.  This sets up the code base to
refactor these methods to the meta-class.
