Re-enable jscs/jshint enforcement on tokenizer rules. Rather than trying to run jshint/jscs over the tokenizer-generated code, just visit the AST and dump all the actions and rules in a separate file. We can then run jshint/jscs over just the code we wrote, without having to worry about making the tokenizer-generated code lint-free. Change-Id: I62a0b86ba
