* Only recursion check each library once

* Library identity based on filenames rather than library names

* Keep track of all checked files to avoid rechecking dependencies

* Typechecker only checks each imported library once, and does not remove globally unique variable names from environment

* Fix confusing type error message when variable has type A.T and B.T was expected

* Run scilla-checker on import-test-lib.scilla

* Improve import test A->B->C

* Added import test A->B->C->D, A->D

* Added nested import test A->B->D, A->C->D

* Negative tests of nested imports
