Pretty print. Optimizations. TS version bump.

- Added a function which prints (on the console)
the Linqable structure  in a tree-like format.
- When building a Linqable the underlying elements will
be passed to the operator objects instead of the Linqable.
This removes a lot of unnecessary references to Linqables in
the structure.
- Bumped TypeScript to version 4.x.x.
