Improve error logging and tests (#28)

Description
============

After the switch to the new release flow we saw an error while polling
the releaseId. I sadly forgot to log the exact error code and reason
message. I think some error could be retryable but without the actual
error reason I can only guess.

I refactored the `AppCenterRest` class and added a more uniform response
handling. I did not do this for the binary upload because I have no
documentation about the return types and error codes.

I also adjusted the tests to run one test sample with a big binary to
verify the chucked upload works correctly. I will execute and ios and
android binary upload just to be save.
