Refactor how variables are added to the model object (#277)

* Refactor _add method. Added _add_fixed() and _add_random(). Better checks for bernoulli responses

* Delete a print call I left by accident

* Added tests for logistic regression index

* Update changelog

* Add test for categoric response in logistic regression

* Added ResponseTerm class and changed how we select the level that is reported in logistic regressions

* Correct labels for prior and posterior plots as well as minor backend changes

* Deleted a commented line

* Updated because some tests failed. One test keeps failing

* Update according to suggestions in the PR. Failing test not fixed yet

* New classes related to terms. Fixed failing test. Still need to add tests.
