[#28] Handle spatial field

Following (I hope) Annex II Section II.10 of the GeoDCAT-AP working draft

Essentially, if present:

* `spatial_uri` is assigned to a dct:Location under dct:spatial
* `spatial_text` is used as skos:prefLabel
* `spatial` is added to locn:geometry in GeoJSON and in WKT

To transform the GeoJSON to WKT we added the geomet requirement
