Merge pull request #70 from LSSTDESC/ffm

Full Forward Model (ffm): extraction of second order contamination with complete simulation of ADR:
- flip and rotate camera parameters
- loaded coordinates from headers are now astropy Angle objects
- plot compass on images to see N-W and Zenith directions
- order 2 saved in spectrum.fits, and plotted separately

Wavelength calibration and spectra:
- New stellar lines to avoid confusion with Hgamma and Hdelta
- Effective O2 wavelength set at 762.2nm
- calibrate_spectrum() with ADR
- ADR arctan replaced by arctan2
- all 2D data and models are saved in specrtogram.fits, all 1D data and models in spectrum.fits => use fast_load option to load only 1D data sets

Other features:
- faster deconvolution using M @ A instead of self.simulate (much faster)
- CCD_REBIN to rebin and crop the image to get faster results
- AuxTel data and CTIO PN working
- PSF evaluation X and Y arrays inverted
- fitter methods works with covariances
- image.target_guess attribute added to deal with diverse datasets without logbooks
