Add radio group control for "oneOf" enums

- add new MaterialOneOfRadioGroupControl that can render oneOf radio
groups
- extract MaterialRadioGroup component that is shared by the new
renderer and radio group control for enums
- update Radio Group example with a oneOf demo
- add tests
