Change javascript validations to the new API

As a nice side effect of how our validations worked, this is a very
small change. The new Semantic UI API for form validations only accepts
a single parameter containing all validations. That's how we have always
used it, so it's only a slight change to the object structure.

Pull Request Pull Request #30: Switch to Semantic UI 2.x, and prepare for Lipstick 2.0
