util-jvm: Filter non-CPU using methods from CpuProfile

Problem

When using `c.t.jvm.CpuProfile` on RUNNABLEs it will include
threads that are not actually doing work due to how the JVM
tracks RUNNABLES. This skews the results when examining CPU
profiles.

Solution

Exclude well known methods from being counted in the profile.

Result

More useful CPU profile output.
