refactor: moves custom node rendering to renderProp approach

BREAKING CHANGE:
Rendering of custom node elements (SVG or ForeignObject) is now handled via the
 `renderCustomNodeElement` callback fn prop.

This change means:
- less unnecessary abstraction/prop mgmt on top-level API.
- users can use any component they wish for node/labelling display.
- configurability is completely in user's hands, e.g. if we want to
render two different Node components depending on whether we're
rendering a horizontal or vertical tree.
